RVI announces expansion into Watertown, SD
According to RVI President, Todd Osman, this was due to the steady increase of electronic service requests experienced in 2015. Osman states, “We have converted a portion of this facility that is shared with our sister company, SpecSys, Inc., into an RVI service center that is a perfect solution for our needs.
With our indicators showing us more than just a bubble of increased activity, it appeared we needed to expand our capacity, not just for a short period of time, but long-term. Some of the biggest challenges faced in Redwood Falls consisted of finding the necessary resources and space needed to be as efficient as possible, while meeting this increase in client demands”.
Our Vision: By expanding our capabilities in Watertown, we have improved our ability to provide a better overall experience for our clients. We have added additional bandwidth, along with new capabilities, such as a dark room, to go beyond our previous resources.
The expansion into Watertown gives us:
